VideoAbout the Lessons

1. Drone Melody Steve teaches the melody of this “authentic” tune as it walks down the scale on the melody string(s).
2. Harmony 1 The first harmony we explore adding is by playing a corresponding, moving note on the bass string.
3. Harmony 2

We explore a second harmonic possibility by adding a harmony note which moves along the middle string.

4. Playing a Chord Melody Finally, using the chord positions we already know, we learn a chorded melody version of this tune, playing chords while we play the melody.
